Start your journey north along the Chitral-Dir Road, passing towns like Shringal, Upper Dir, and Qashqaray. The highlight is the Lowari Tunnel, a remarkable engineering feat connecting Dir to Chitral. Arrive in Ayun by evening, known for its proximity to the Kalash Valleys. Overnight stay in Ayun.
