Tour Plan

Explore the breathtaking Fairy Meadows, Nanga Parbat, and Rakaposhi region in this detailed 10-day trekking and cultural journey through Northern Pakistan.

Khush Aamdeed — Welcome to Islamabad! Upon arrival at Islamabad International Airport, our local representative will receive the group and escort everyone to the hotel for check-in. For those arriving early, we can arrange an optional lunch and short city tour, including visits to Lok Virsa Museum and Shah Faisal Mosque. Later in the evening, a welcome meeting will be held to go over trek preparations and answer any questions. Overnight stay in Islamabad.

We begin our scenic drive early in the morning along the Hazara Motorway. On the way, we pass through the charming towns of Balakot, Besar, and Jalkhand. There will be an opportunity for optional rafting on the Kunhar River. Key stops include Kewai Waterfall, Lulusar Lake, and the panoramic viewpoint at Babusar Top. The day concludes in Chilas with an overnight stay. If Babusar Pass is closed, we will travel via the Karakoram Highway through Besham, Pattan, and Dasu.

After breakfast, we make our way to Raikot Bridge where we will be joined by a local guide. From there, we take a thrilling jeep ride on a rugged track to Tattu Village. The journey continues with a scenic two to three-hour trek through alpine forests to reach Fairy Meadows. Porters or horses can be arranged upon request. Overnight accommodation will be provided in traditional wooden cabins or guesthouses.

Today’s trek takes us to Beyal Camp, situated at approximately 13,000 feet. A short walk from the camp leads to a spectacular viewpoint above the Raikot Glacier. For those who are well-prepared and weather permits, an optional trek to Nanga Parbat Base Camp can be arranged. The day ends with a return to Fairy Meadows for overnight stay.

After breakfast, we descend to Tattu Village and return to Raikot Bridge by jeep. From there, we travel along the Gilgit River, pausing at the unique viewpoint where the Karakoram, Himalaya, and Hindukush ranges converge. Our day concludes in Minapin Village with a stop at Rakaposhi View Point before checking into the hotel for the night.

We begin our trek from Minapin Village towards Tagaphari. A rest stop will be made at Hapakun before we continue through beautiful meadows and mountain streams. The day ends at Rakaposhi Base Camp where we camp overnight, surrounded by snow-capped peaks.

After a hearty breakfast, we cross the Rakaposhi Glacier and ascend to Kacheli Lake, which lies near the base of Diran Peak. The lake is known for its tranquil beauty and scenic surroundings. We enjoy a packed lunch by the lake before returning to Hapakun for another night of camping.

We descend back to Minapin Village, a trek of approximately two and a half hours. From there, we drive along the Karakoram Highway to reach Gilgit. After hotel check-in, the evening will be free to explore the local area or rest. Overnight stay in Gilgit.

We will transfer to Gilgit Airport for our flight back to Islamabad. Upon arrival, our representative will meet us and escort the group to the hotel. The remainder of the day is free for leisure, shopping, or optional sightseeing. Overnight stay in Islamabad.

On the final day of our journey, we will transfer to Islamabad International Airport for your return flight. This concludes our memorable exploration of Northern Pakistan’s stunning mountains and valleys.
